Safety Director Steve Christian
Steve is born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio with a twenty plus year career in the trucking industry.
He has a wide range of transportation experience including, over the road, line haul, dispatcher, safety manager and driver trainer. Having graduated from the Smith System Training program, he has numerous certifications including managing DOT safety and compliance.
Steve served in the United States Navy from 1994 through 2000 stationed in Little Creek Virginia aboard the USS Whidbey island. His son is following in his footsteps being in the National Guard and his daughter is exploring the arts. When he is not spending time enjoying his family you can find him watching The Browns play!
Team Lead Beatriz Santos
Loves to travel and interior designing, born and raised in Pasadena, California. Lived in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for 8 years. Taught at an international private school. In 2019 started working in the transportation industry with certifications in Safety and DOT compliance. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her goldendoodle Bella
Lead Instructor Ramon Hernandez
Ramon is a family man who loves his three kids and two dogs. Being raised in Orlando he is passionate about boxing, martial arts, and motorcycles.
He hails from and extensive medical background as a Respiratory Therapist Safety Director at Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Clinic. He has earned several certifications being a safety director in the medical field.
Ray has a wide range of transportation experience over the road, graduating from and being selected to be a driver trainer at Key Power Technologies.
His experience being an owner/operator and line haul makes him the perfect fit for being one of our top driver trainers.
Compliance and Safety Specialist Anna Coleastru
Anna was born and raised in Eastern Europe and has been living in Florida for over 13 years. Since 2016 she has been in the transportation industry handling everything from Onboarding, Driver Qualification Files, IFTA and Permits. She leverages her years of safety experience and her information technology degree to ensure the compliance of our customers in innovative ways.
She spends her free time with family and enjoys photography and traveling, and she is an extremely proud mother of one daughter.

Rachael was born in Greenville, South Carolina, and moved to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, at the age of seven. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places, and relaxing at the beach.

Hank is born and raised in Ohio, with over 20 years in the trucking industry. His experience ranges from over the road driver, driver trainer, safety, maintenance, and fleet.
Although Hank spends most of his free time with family and his granddaughter, he also enjoys the being in the outdoors and his motorcycle.

Thomas brings precision and attention to detail to his role as a File Auditor, ensuring compliance and accuracy across essential documentation. Outside of work, he channels his creativity into collaborative story writing, paints intricate miniatures, and enjoys tinkering with computer hardware.

Odilbek Shadjalilov
Odilbek is originally from Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He served in the Army in Uzbekistan, and after the army, he graduated from the State University of International Aviation . He worked in aviation (as a pilot) flying to 200 cities and 100 countries around the world. He was a pilot instructor and aircraft commander with 1,600 flight hours. He moved to the US in 2018 and where he worked different jobs, He obtained his CDL Class A where he was a truck driver and now has moved into an instructor role.
