Steve Christian
Steve was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and has built a twenty-plus-year career in the trucking industry.
He brings a wide range of transportation experience including, over-the-road, line haul, dispatch, safety management and driver training. A graduate of the Smith System Training program, Steve holds numerous certifications including managing DOT safety and compliance.
From 1994 through 2000, Steve served in the United States Navy, stationed in Little Creek, Virginia aboard the USS Whidbey Island. His son is following in his footsteps through service in the National Guard while his daughter is exploring her passion for the arts. When he is not spending time with his family you can find him cheering on the Cleveland Browns.

Beatriz Santos
With a passion for travel, Beatriz was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, before spending eight unforgettable years living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. During her time abroad, she taught at an international private school, where she gained valuable cross-cultural experience and developed a global perspective.
In 2019, she transitioned into the transportation industry, building a career centered on safety and regulatory compliance. She holds certifications in Safety and DOT Compliance and is dedicated to promoting safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new destinations and spending quality time with her family. Her loyal Goldendoodle, Bella, is always by her side, making every adventure a little more memorable.

Anna Coleastru
Anna was born and raised in Eastern Europe before moving to Florida more than 13 years ago. Since 2016 she has been in the transportation industry handling everything from Onboarding, Driver Qualification Files, IFTA and Permits. She leverages her years of safety experience and her information technology degree to ensure the compliance of our customers in innovative ways.
She spends her free time with family and enjoys photography and traveling, and she is an extremely proud mother of her daughter.

Rachael was born in Greenville, South Carolina and moved to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil at a young age. She returned to Florida several years ago and started working in the transportation industry upon her return. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and resting at the beach.

Hank was born and raised in Ohio, with over 20 years of experience in the trucking industry. He has a background in, Over the Road driving, driver training, safety, maintenance, and fleet management.
When not working, Hank prefers to spend most of his time with his family, especially his granddaughter. He also enjoys the outdoors and riding his motorcycle.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Sydney moved to Orlando in 2012 and has called it home ever since. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her daughter and traveling. She is an animal lover with a passion for helping others and making a positive difference wherever she can.
